Used or handled product are not accepted.  Due to the nature of unfinished brass, handling brass product will naturally begin the oxidization process which is an intended design feature. In the event a return is approved, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all brass item returns. All home fragrance order are considered final and non-returnable and refundable.

Damages must be documented and reported within 3 business days of receipt. If damage has occurred in shipping all packaging must be retained by receiver.
