Used or handled product are not accepted. In the event a return is approved, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all brass item returns. All home fragrance order are considered final and non-returnable and refundable. Damages must be documented and reported within 3 business days of receipt. If damage has occurred in shipping all packaging must be retained by receiver.

Shipping and Taxes

All international orders ship via EMS or EXPRESS if needed. Final shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. Customers are responsible for any fees or duties applied to international orders and we are not able to estimate these fees. Please not we are not able to ship any alcohol based products internationally. This applies to our room perfume products.
